CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit.

WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

You may reschedule only (no refunds).
Rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.

NO SHOWS

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a forfeited deposit and no refund.
